Only band office staff reviewing requests will read this.

3. Supporting documents

Anything you send with your request helps. A letter of support from a medical professional or another professional is useful where it applies, and so are bills or receipts. You can attach them below. If you would rather not, please email them to receptionist@redpheasantcn.ca or drop them off at the band office, with your name on them so they can be matched to your request.

How your information is handled

What you write here is held by Red Pheasant Cree Nation on the Nation's own system. Only designated staff and leadership can read it. It is not shared outside the Nation. You can ask to see, correct or withdraw your request at any time by calling the band office.
